Returns Policy

All sales are final. We take pride in quality and accuracy. Returns or refunds are only accepted in the rare case of an error on our end. Please report any order concerns within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

All hair extensions not listed in our Ready to Ship collection are considered pre-orders. Please allow 1–3 business days for payment processing, followed by 7–14 business days for shipping. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards.
